The 2019 Ford Everest is a perfect SUV that is a real family favorite. It can accommodate seven passengers across the three rows and the interior is comfortable. There will be three engine choices, among them one diesel option.

Exterior Changes
Unlike its predecessors, the forthcoming 2019 Ford Everest will arrive with the much muscular exterior. The body will use more aluminum materials so the overall weight is reduced. However, this is one large SUV that you can’t miss in the crowd and the parking lot. Furthermore, Everest will also suffer a dimensional decrease, so the overall performance is now even better. The same stands for the driving manners.
Ground clearance is higher now as well, so the 2019 Everest is now even more capable off-roader. The front end will get an all-new chrome grille that is wide and modern. LED headlights are standard, just like the LED daytime running lights. A large bumper will stay intact, however, air intake on it is now wider too. The rear end gets LED taillights and the new spoiler above them. To the sides, 18-inch alloy wheels are standard, while the 20-inch rollers are optional.
2019 Ford Everest Interior Specs
When you step inside the new 2019 Ford Everest you will find one very spacious and upscale cabin. Everest is available in two configurations, with two or three rows of seats. Moreover, that means the maximum number of passengers expands from five to seven. Legroom is ample and overall, the room inside the cabin is great. Front seats are power-adjustable as standard, however, cooling and ventilating seats are optional.
The latest version of SYNC3 infotainment system is in the offer and it adds an 8-inch touchscreen. The display provides the most important vehicle information and navigation too. Dual-zone climate control is standard, just like the Bluetooth, satellite radio, and numerous USB ports. On the other hand, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are optional.
Three efficient powetrains
The upcoming 2019 Ford Everest comes with three available engines. The standard engine is a 2.0-liter EcoBoost. This four-cylinder unit produces 240 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. The optional 3.2-liter five-cylinder engine can generate up to 200 hp and 340 lb-ft of torque. Fewer horses, more twists, and much better fuel economy makes this optional unit most recommendable. Of course, what is the point of making an SUV if Ford doesn’t offer a diesel powertrain?
