The lines and creases are gorgeous and even sharper lines and edges are beautifully designed.
The aerodynamics are impressive and the new model will be slightly lighter than the current Galaxy minivan. The side profile comes with 20-inch alloy wheels and the brand-new tires. The front end hosts longer headlights and a wider grille. The LED technology is present so the minivan will spend less energy than before. The rear end will stay intact, except the rear glass that will stretch a little further to the sides.
Interior
The interior will also look perfect. The cabin of the 2019 Ford Galaxy looks good and modern. Moreover, the comfort is great and the new model will provide even better comfort. The layout is good which includes both the layout of the seats and the buttons. Everything is nicely organized and the interior room is ample. The front seats are available with the heating and cooling options, just like with the power-adjustable features.
All of these amenities will be standard which is amazing. The cabin is practical too and the safety rating is among the best-in-class. Standard equipment includes a rearview camera, parking sensors, cruise control, and traction control. Premium audio system will be optional, along with the Wi-Fi.
Engine
The forthcoming 2019 Ford Galaxy is available with two engines. The standard drivetrain choice is a 1.5-liter EcoBoost. The four-cylinder mill can create up to 160 horsepower. The optional, larger and more recommendable engine is a 2.0-liter EcoBoost. It is also a four-cylinder output that is rated at 180 horsepower. Both units are similar, so the 6-speed automatic transmission is available.
On top of that, all-wheel-drive setup is optional while the front-wheel-drive comes as standard. The minivan offers a quiet ride with great comfort and smooth gear shifting. Fuel economy will be even better than before thanks to the improved aerodynamics and additional weight loss.
Price and Release Date
The 2019 Ford Galaxy is priced at $40,000. The range-topping model will cost almost $60,000. The upcoming minivan will arrive in the near future, probably March of 2019.
