Changes on the 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak include some savings. Among others, to make the truck lighter, designers decided to shrink it. Well, it is nothing spectacular, but the Wildtrak with Double Cab configuration is going to be 1 inch, or 2.5 cm shorter. The height of Ranger Wildtrak remains the same. Depending on configuration, it is between 1815 and 1850 mm (71.5-72.8 inches). The entire lineup of the pickup will have 230 mm of ground clearance. This is enough for off-road work under heavy cargo.
2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak Engines
The predecessor of the 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak used two diesel engines. The same fuel will power the new, 2.0-liter unit. A twin-turbo unit is going to create 210 hp and 370 lb-ft of torque. The alternative on the petrol end would be a 2.3-liter EcoBoost. This one can meet demands of the US laws.
A 3.2-liter diesel unit shows up again, while a 2.2-liter is still uncertain. The first one is coming with 200 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. It is also able to tow over 3500 kg. With this engine, performance is not the priority, but the 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak will sprint 0-60 mph in just 10 seconds.

Notable features on the 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak are unique 18-inch wheels outside, and Sync3 system inside. There are also many other accessories which will make it different from the base Ranger.
