The 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum will deliver more power than other trim levels. This model rides on a powerful 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine. The V6 is capable of producing 400 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic SelectShift transmission. Interestingly, rear-wheel-drive is standard, even in the range-topping trim level.
That means the four-wheel-drive system is optional. Thanks to such a great figure, Expedition Platinum is also one of the quickest SUVs on the market. However, if you want to get the most power from this engine, you need premium fuel. Fuel economy delivers 17 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway.
2020 Ford Expedition Platinum Price and Release Date
The all-new 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum will cost around $75,000 or slightly less. This three-row SUV will compete in the premium SUV segment.
