Thanks to that, Blue Oval puts its F-750 model above the rest of the competition. The same engine lineup will be available in the F-650 model.
A 7.3-liter gasoline engine is new and it produces 330 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Optional 6.7-liter V8 is a familiar engine. This diesel powertrain is producing 330 hp and 725 lb-ft of torque. Both powertrains will use a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Towing Capacity
You can choose between the two different variants. The forthcoming 2020 Ford F-750 offers a Straight Frame and Tractor versions. Both variants are also offering gasoline and diesel units. Straight Frame gasoline model can tow up to 33,000 pounds. Straight Frame diesel is good for 37,000 pounds.
If you opt for the more expensive Tractor variant you have diesel option only. F-750 Tractor also tows 37,000 pounds. Tractor model is more expensive because it offers better towing capacity without additional equipment. The figures we just wrote are actually maximum towing capacity numbers.
2020 Ford F-750 Price and Release Date
As you can see, the 2020 Ford F-750 will remain practical, customizable and powerful. There will be numerous trim levels. Both diesel and gasoline variants are available. The base F-750 model starts at $60,000.
Straight Frame model is priced at $67,000 and $70,000 if you want diesel powertrain. F-750 Tractor is available for $73,000. The arriving medium-duty truck will hit the dealerships this fall.
